is there anyway to tune a fuel management system without a dyno? wanna turbo the st but there isn't a dyno in the entire state of alaska. well not that I could find anyway. could i just get conservative numbers from someone else and use those? just run a little rich to be on the safe side?

easier said than done. Thanks for the help now I know it's possible at least. And yes there's more than eskimo's up here, but living in these 2 story igloo's is a pain!!
