 half cut engines, what are they exactly? |

I was wondering what exactly are half cut engines? i've been told a few different things, like they are the front ends of trashed/accident cars? can someone clear this up for me? sorry, i wasnt sure which topic to put it in.

and let me tell you.... even if you get a clip...there is still a ton of little things you need to buy! i feel like my head is spinning from all the stuff im buying right now...lol.
