what is the st185 3sgte stock boost? and what do you think you could raise it up to safely

the ct-26 will start to crap out over 15. I know somebody with a supra that was waiting for his single turbo upgrade to come in. He was boosting like 20 to even 25 psi sometimes. After I think a month or so they both blew up, literally. He smoked thick blue plumes about 15ft high and 30-40ft long
