what is the st185 3sgte stock boost? and what do you think you could raise it up to safely

yeah, i would think that the turbo would wear out faster at higher boost. well the reason for my qusetion is i know i hit fuel cut and wow did that suck! i just want the turbo to be able to do whatever it wants up to 15 psi and not hit fuel cut. so ...... is there an easy way to raise the fuel cut to 15 psi and that way if i get 14 psi on the stock setup without a boost controller raising the boost that would work for me. (i don't want to totally eliminate the fuel cut)
