I think that what they're saying is that if you buy from stations that import middle eastern oil, they're prices are likely to be higher than those who dont because of the price gauging thats associated with middle-eastern oil at the moment.

*EDIT- i see what you mean though, i dont disagree, it's kinda presumptuous, but then again, lots of our oil probably comes from Iraqi oil fields
