So lately my car has been pretty gay with its brakes. When im stopping from an average speed (anything above 20 or so mph), i hear my rear drums making a type of Grinding noise. i checked my shoes and they were fine. I had replaced my drums a few months ago thinking this would solve stopping issue, but i always hear this noise...

Also, my front brakes tend to be squeeking a bit, checked those also, but the pads still have a good amount of life on them, and solutions?
ONE more issue. When stopping from a normal speed, and at average pressure on the pedal, my my steering wheel tends to shake a bit between 20-40 mph. I checked my wheels and they are on pretty well. I was thinkin it could be the rotors... help would be appreciated.

checked the brakes on monday, all is well, so its definitely the rotors. the pads still have a good 1.5-2 cm on them, so Beefstew is most likely right, since its been doing it since i got the pads, they are semi-metallic so hey kinda suck, im over it though.
