rippmods.com has got a supercharger kit for the 5sfe, its on a camry right now, they need someone in the NY/staten island area to go there so they can check for fitment under the hood of our 6th gen GT's!! anyone interested??? check out a few details at rippmods.com

Matthew...not same hp. The Burien kit if you read it carefully it gives you a bump of just about 50 whp. The stock GT has 130/135 hp...at he crank. Most stock GTs right now will run about 95-100 at the wheels...so it's really only putting you at about 150whp and that translates to around 180-190 hp at the crank. This supercharger kit puts you at 200whp supposively. This puts you at a better deal dollar per hp than the Burien kit. $35 per hp compared to $50 per hp with the Burien (For those that need the math: $3500/100hp = $35 per hp ::: $2500/50hp = $50 per hp)
Also, the only reason it might not work for our cars is the fitment factor. If I were in the area and wasn't planning on selling my Celica...I would go for a fitment test so we can know for sure. I'm not promotoing or burning this kit, it's just another option for someone that doesn't have all the knowledge and time to install and create their own kit.
