Hi guys! Yesterday I discovered that during release I leave about 3 feet of blu smoke!!!!!!  Tomorrow I'm going to pull off the head and work it completly. I'll raise the CR, make a P&P, work the valve's seat.... I'm also thinking to reprofile my camshafts, but I don't have any idea on which cam duration and lift I should use.... My engine is a 7AFE.....suggest me which duration and lift I should use!  Thanks Edoardo |

For my engine I only found one producer of camshafts, Topline that u can find on www.importperformance.com
But I prefer to reprofile my cacms cause I just have 45K miles.... I just like to know if someone can suggest me lift and duration value I can use for intake and exhaust... Thanks for the link!!
