just as topic states, what is the best wood to use on a custom sub enclosure?? thanks hollandceli

MDF is medium density fiberboard...it's a pretty solid wood that is used in most sub enclosures. It's strong, cheap, and has good acoustical properties, but is also heavy. Because it's so heavy, I wouldn't use it for a false floor, but would use a lighter wood instead. -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...
