you need to remount the exhaust, it is setup to high next to the bumper, you cant fit the zephyr lip inbetween the stock bumper and exhaust tip unless you lower the exhaust... it isnt a major problem, just FYI.

I had that same problem but nothing that a little mendrel bending couldn't fix. Check my profile.
