i am just curious. when i first bought my used celica .. the radio and everything was missing .. i took my car to best buy to get a head unit installed n' ish and they said that my stock radio harness is missing.. they still got the radio/cd unit to fit and everything.. but i want to find a replacement for it

Those are just install kits, which you don't appear to need. For the harness, you'll need to go to a junkyard and find any wrecked Toyota from '88 or newer I think, and cut off the stereo harness. Then you'll solder that onto your cut wires on your car, and buy a Toyota stereo wiring harness from Best Buy or wherever and then solder that onto your deck harness, then it all plugs together.
When I had my friend install my cd player way back in the day, he cut off my stock harness and crimped everything together. A few months ago I finally got around to fixing it, just for peace of mind and easier installs and stuff. It's well worth it, and the guy at the junkyard just let me take the harness after I cut it out of the car. -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...
