im just about finished the outside of my car and i just started to gather parts to turbo my st and am trying to work on the fuel system right now. any one have any advice on what to use as far as injectors, pump and fpr go? any info will help.

yes, for stock injectors you use a 12:1 fmu. it seems to me like you are referring to fmu and rrfpr as two different things, there the same thing (kind of like soda and pop). i'm not that great at analogies but you get the point.
i will be using stock injectors with a walbro 255lph fuel pump and boosting at 8psi. later on when i rebuild my engine and tranny i will get aftermarket injectors, but i haven't given any thought to size or brand that i will get yet. in case you are looking for a fmu: you can find one at optauto.com (great site). go to the engine page, then to the forced induction page, then to the fmu page. it has a pretty good explaination of it's purpose there too. |
