Howdy y'all
I had a bit of a run in with a car coming down I-5 today. Bumper damage to my front end (not too bad, punched in the bumper a bit though) the rest of the trip down, my car was running a bit hot. I had to turn the AC off so the temp wouldn't rise too much, and going up the grapevine, my little girl was runnin real hot.
No coolant issues, I checked all my levels, and oil is fine and so is engine coolant. I think the bumper crupling a bit might have blocked the air coming into the radiator, which would cause the temp to rise. Any other ideas maybe? Everything else looked good (except cosmetically of course), but I'm not sure. Any ideas of things to check?

The real issue- I live in Nor cal, so I don't know So cal too well. Does anyone down here have any recommendations for anything in the LA area that does good body work, and would be able to help me out fast, and do a good job? Preferably open sundays, but I ain't too picky for that. If you have any ideas of places that you would recommend, please give me a name, and a phone # if you've got one.

Thanks for the help!

There's a good body shape in Culver City that does GREAT work.. if they finish up, and see something near/on the job area they're not happy with; but to fix it you'd have to pay more.. they'll just do it, and not have you pay for it because they want to do a good job. I dont remember the name, I'll look it up in a bit.

PS scooby, if you're gonna be in the LA area we need to hang

Thanks for the ideas. I'm going to get some work done on my car. Insurance is going to help me out a bit (they're killing me with the increase, so at least they can help pay for the repairs.) I'm thinking of just getting the gt-4 hood/bumper, because I was hoping to turbo it, and having the air flow for a intercooler would be nice. I'll let you know when I get the work done, and we can chill sometime. I go to school in ventura, so it ain't too far a drive during the school year.
