I was wondering if it is possible to get a little over 400 hp out a 3sgte with $10,000 including the engine swap. also should you get the cylinders bored with oversized pistions to get more power?

Evo max is 18.
Eclipse stock is 10psi max 15psi SRT4 stock is 12psi max 16psi Evo stock is 13psi max 18psi These are visual estimates. I've owned 2 Eclipses, sell SRT4's and driven Evo's.
