Can i get any other type of toyotas mirrors and put on my car w/ minor, or no, modifications?? I've seen 5th gen celica mirrors on 6th so how hard are they? I'm thinking about picking up some 7gc M3 mirrors and putting on my car.. any thoughts?

I want powered mirrors, hopefully CF so it will look good w/ my future hood.

Check out my profile....You will see I have M3 mirrors on my car. I had a set left over from a 98 Civic I was building for someone. They did not want them after I got them and instead of letting them go to waste I put them on my celica. Its quite easy!

Get a set of M3 mirrors for a 96-99 civic.
The plate (its made of plastic) that goes on the car between the door and the mirror will need to be cut down on one side. Its to tall, but the curves are 99% accuret to the celica. So you cut 1 inch of plastic off, and the holes all fit too! All you need to do is remove yours cut the plastic and put these on. However your left with a 1/4 gap on your new mirrors on the side you cut down (top of the plate) all you do is use the black glass selant and let it dry overnight and your done!

If you would like I can take some pics of what they look like up close. Its realy quite cool!

I have blue leds on the outside of mine hooked up to my turn signels! The wiring was the only hard thing. Everything is in Japinesse (sp?) put if your going to go this route I can tell you what colors go where.

I would look more at the M3, there nice!
