Post anything for free (or very little money) that will help keep Celi's performing theyre best. To get it started, how do I take the slack out of the acceleration cable to insure im getting WOT when i floor it?

Weight reduction is free...you could take out your sub, but I'm not sure if you'd want to do that.
There really aren't too many free or very cheap ways to get more power out of our cars... -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...
