 Octance boosters work? |

I keep seeing stuff about octance boosters, as an easy thing to increase hp. i noticed a diffence when i switched from low grade gas to premium gas. most of the octance boosters say they will bost octance from 3-4 pts. Nos makes one that says it will bost 10 pts, but it also says "acts as a lead substitute" and thats no good
 . but in short, do these boosters work?

I run 93...just to make sure the engine runs a bit cleaner and have since day one.. 87 has never touched my engine.
