 Injen Intake issue |

I searched through the forums and could not find an answer to my question, so here it is. There is a nipple that hangs striaght down from the intake next to the throttle body. What is this supposed to be plugged into? Directions say to plug this into the stock vacuum hose but I don't know what that is.

Might be for a breather. I havent seen one with three holes yet.
