So I have a Blaupunkt Amplifier bridged to power a single 10" Polk MOMO subwoofer, and I've noticed that for a bridged-power RMS rating of around 380 watts, it just doesnt seem all that loud.

I'm pretty sure that its a power problem of some kind, because I'm supplying the amp with my headunits full 6 volt output power, and everything is EQ'd perfectly and installed poperly....Its just that the amp output tends to vary quite a bit from time to time, so it will be nice and powerful one minute, then not nearly as powerful as it should be the next. frown.gif

Could it be a low battery voltage, bad RCA signal...?? Just tell me if any of you have had the same problem before ,because its been like this on and off for a while now. thumbsdown.gif

Yeah I'd get a new battery, I noticed huge improvements last battery swap. Also the heavy gauge fuses sold in lots of amp wiring kits are kind of dodgy, check the inside of the fuse where the actual fuse joins the endplates, it could be giving you a fluctuating connection. A cheap multimeter will fix all your problems biggrin.gif
