Im slowly thinking about putting a magna flow muffler on my 6th gen. But im wondering is it worth it? Im wondering more about sound then performance but both do matter.
How much diffrence in noise does it make? How much deeper is it? Also i have a GT if i go for a 2.5 over a 2.25 is there an adapter that i can use to keep the stock piping or would i have to get 2.5 piping all the way from the down pipe and back? Whats the stock size for GT piping n e one know? Ive search the forum and found that when it comes to muffler suggestions its the magnaflow or flowmaster. Ive been told that magnaflows are better. Is this true or a simple bias? |

exhaust and downpipe are the last step in installing a turbo kit, unless you have the time and money to have your car towed to the shop, then towed back home after i put all my turbo stuff on, i made a temporary downpipe out of flex tubing from pepboys it worked, and it got me to school the next day and then the exhaust shop the morning after that. if you want more details, pm me we currently have the same temp setup on my friends 240z with a 280zx turbo engine, i can take pics of it for you so you know what to do. -------------------- 1994 Celica GT4 WRC Edition
