 Removing Window Tint?, my brother just got a $100 ticket |

Yeah so my brother got pulled over today by his college for his window tint. It was a state highway patrol and he said that he was just sitting there all day handing out tint tickets. Anyways he wants to remove it now and he called a local shop and they wanted to charge $100.00. Does anyone know of an easier way?

$100? Damn, yeah just use a razor blade..they are trying to rip him off..
