 Cutting stock springs, Is it reliable? |

Hey I was just wondering, would it be a good idea to cut or melt my stock GT springs to lower my car? I hear some say its very unreliable and don't do it, but these are people that don't know much about cars so I just have to ask you guys to make sure.

dude if you have 170.....slap on another 20 bucks and get yourself the eibach sportline springs
