I was racing with this civic on the highwaya dn I hit about 115 or ****. I wanted to know how I can remove that speed limiter.

i cant, rev limiter and fuel cutoff wont let you up that high... unless you are going down a 30 degree hill. 140 KMH, but not MPH.
