Ok, so for awhile I have had a check engine light on, an sence I was gunna swap my engine I said screw it.. but the swap never happend, An Its time to fix it, I checked the code an its 71, egr system, So I figured its the egr valve, cause i have 139800 miles .. I went to autozone to pick on up, an they said it was going to be $155, an I was Like WHAT.. I didnt think it was going to be so much. Any one that has replaced it how much have you paid, and from where.. Thanks for any info or help..

I got the haynes, The main reason I got it, is because it works for both mine and my moms car.. an $15 bucks has already seemed to make it worth it, ya know.. but the thing i really dont like about it, Is its not really direct, Like it shows taking apart like the 4th-5th gen not the 6th, but for me it works cause I only need an idea of what there talking about. but for some-one thats still learning, it might be hard.. and somtimes on the break aprts describing part os the eninge or such, It skips over the 7a-fe .. witch sucks even more for me.. but You can still figure it out. |
