Found this on the net this morning.. only $23,000 AUD. 1996 Model, 70,000 kms. Ready to mod smile.gif

I can organise the cash, I just would need to do a bit of balancing until I sold my current celi. Only problem is its interstate so I'd have to fly over there to check it out, and my boss is on annual leave this week so I can't leave town.

I think this guy only just imported it (from living in a different country) and doesn't know the market value because over here they are worth a good $25-35k. It looks like it has basic mods: wheels, hks air filter, blitz blow off value, TRD adjustable coilover supension front and back, TRD short shifter, cusco sturt bar font and back, momo steering wheel, razo gear knob, alarm, turbo timer, guages etc.

Any thoughts? I have been working towards selling the car lately anyhow, other maybes are a 2000 WRX sti, Skyline R34 G2.5-t (2.5lt turbo RWD), Supra MKIV, or my favourite, but which I can't afford yet, a BMW M3.

One things for sure, if I buy this car, I am going to spend a ****load on it. biggrin.gif

Yeah I am very tempted so going to check out the finance and call the guy tomorrow (public holiday today).

I have explained this on here a few times, but if you don't know, Australia's import laws state you cannot import a car that was commercially released in Australia. In 1994 or 1995, 70 something (I think it was 78) GT4's were distributed to the Toyota dealers for sale. Another one of the import laws is that once a car has been available for 15 years, it is free to be imported in any numbers. tongue.gif I don't know how this guy got this one in, but I think he might have a visa in another country and imported it as personal vehicle. That's what I need to find out because it's a very cheap price...

Magic about the skyline.. I can't afford a GTR unless it's a 32, and I don't really like them. The other thing i was gonna do was get a R33 GTS-4, which is a n/a 2.5lt, but has the AWD ATTESA ETS and 4WS Super HICAS of the GTR. Then I could swap the GTR engine RB26DETT into it and have a GTR biggrin.gif Would be a good project but I need a new house with a bigger garage before I take on a swap like that. smile.gif
