 Turbo oil leak, HELP PLEASE |

I have a major problem. My brand new turbo is leaking oil out of the exhaust side. Is this because it is not draining oil fast enough. I have a #3 braided stainless line into the turbo and a 3/8 braided stainless line out. Also, the oil drain isn't exactly pointing straight down, could this be the problem. I have alot of smoke, and I am afraid to drive the car for fear of running out of oil. Also, it is not draining straight to the oil pan. Right above the oil pan is a bolt which I removed and drained my oil back into here. Is there a possibility that that is feeding oil back into the turbo through the drain line? Anyone please help.

Yeah, I installed it all myself. I'm just going to drain it back to the oil pan and see if that works. I believe that where I am draining it to now is getting pressure. Thanks for the help. Maybe next time I won't be lazy and try to find shortcuts.
