What do yall think of girls tricking out their cars?

I get "ragged" on from some of my coworkers at GM. THey think i'm crazy for doing what I do to my car. But they actually compliment on the way that it looks when they see it. Bcus rarely do they see a chick involved in doing body work or performance inhancements to their cars. Since I work mainly with men all day long my boyfriend teases me because of the way that some of my coworkers are willing to help me do any modifications when my boyfriend and I aren't working on my car.
I can keep up with the talk....but i'm still learning my way around the engine talk as far as the internals of it all. BUt i'll get it....just a matter of learning the whole build process. It's funny bcus I used to crack on people "fixing" up their cars....but until I got involved with GM and doing vehicle design bcus I couldn't see the point in doing it. But I can't turn away from this hobbie......I enjoy it.
