sooo im goin down the street and this lil ford focus zx3 pulls up next to me... i think oh no not another one. so he revs i rev we go... i had him till he hit 3rd gear and i was just gettin out of second. then he pulled, he had me by a half a car length. but still if that 3rd gear had any power i would have beat him.... so do you guys know of anything at all that can cure this auto problem. besides a 5 speed swap?? PLEASE HELP MY BABY IS TO SLOW... maybe those cars are faster than i thought.

yeah but thats the peak, and if you know about power bands, it drops after peak horibly.. thats why you go to say 5200 and then shift so when your shifting your only droping to say 4200.. still in power band, and hp is not what your really looking for.ts the increase in trq band, witch starts at 2500 .. Thats why you notice your car hitting up around 3k .. Cause hp is only a mathmatical figure from trq. |
