 Handbrake Adjustment, How to do it |

My handbrake has to be pulled up way too high for it to take effect. I want to adjust it down to like 4-5 clicks. Does anybody know how I can adjust the hand brake? Thanks

what exactly is the difference between the two methods of adjusting the handbrake? Is one better or safer than the other? I'd probly do the easier way, but if there is something wrong with just adjusting the spindle, then I would do the other method. Enlighten me more... thanks!!!
