After then Fallenhero posted topic about Civic pistons i'v made a few researches smile.gif

Basicly piston diameter (bore) of b16 and 7A are the same (81 mm stock)

Wrist Pin diameter is a bit different 7A is 20 mm and B16 is 21 mm

but this is not a problem smile.gif The only thing that need to be cleared out is 7A piston height and b16 pistons heigh...

this way we guys will be able to use forged pistons from B16, and tehy are cheaper then toyota pistons smile.gif)

Honda B series low-comp pistons probably won't lower compression in the 7AFE. Just consider 4AGZ pistons are the low-comp counterparts to 4AGE pistons, which are not domed... even if the B16 lowcomp pistons are flat... they still may not lower compression. Even so... it'll make a good n/a piston... but so will a 4AGE piston... with less hassle. Good price + machining work is probably gonna be more than 4AG pistons. 4AG pistons only run a bit more than B16 pistons. Also... if you plan on machining the piston... better get forged pistons. Cast pistons tends to crack and stress...

Doggy... 2ZZGE pistons have been fitted in a 7A block (7AGE hybrid)... The rods on the other hand... are still in question...
