My VAC is between -19 & -21 at idle, but when I try to boost and it reaches 0 lbs, I lose power. My RPMs are normally around 2500-3000 when this happens. If I punch it (which I hardly ever do) I can get it above 0 lbs and boost fine.
The turbo has no shaft play, and was installed a couple of weeks ago. I'll be bringing it down to the shop today, but wanted to see if anyone here knew what it might be. Thanks. --------------------  |

I have the 5SFTE
The right side VAC line on the wastegate actuator is capped. I have a front mounted Spearco Intercooler. Thought that it was a manifold leak as well, checked this morning, everything is tight. I used the correct torque setting when installing the new turbo. I'll get some pictures of my VAC line setup when I get home.
