I recently have noticed a bad vibration felt through the steering wheel (back/forth movement through the steering wheel) at arounf 75 MPH. Under that speed everything feels just fine, but over its defintely present. The only thing I can think of that has changed is 2 weeks ago they rotated tires. Any ideas on the cause?

get your tires balanced, might be a bent rim. My dads car did this too but once we put his stock rims back on it went away.
