so, i've got the two little pinstripes things on the side of my car and i need to get rid of em. i think i read something not long ago about a couple people that have done that. i'm just wondering how to get em off safely without damaging the paint underneath.

i was gonna take mine off the other day while i was taking off my emblems but for some odd reason mine are painted on.
 which is really not cool because one side the stripe is blakc and the other its all faded.
