 need help fast, key wont move |

ok, my key wont turn the ignition, my steering wheel locked up, and i cant turn my key when i put it in the ignition, how do i get it to unlock? i dont have a security thing, its just some built in thing, most cars have it, but how do i get it undone?

it's either that like what the others said bout moving the steering wheel or you can simply try inserting the key the other side up. i worked for me.
