 cutting the license plate ???, is it leagal? |

I was wondering, if cutting the bottom of the license plate off would be illgeal? It would be right after the numbers, therefore only cuttin off usless 2 inch's of blank space. I know, it might very from state to state, but any body have some input?

i so want one so bad
 i'd love to get a 6gc.net sticker, ne one got a picture that i can steal to go to a local vinyl shop?
