 cutting the license plate ???, is it leagal? |

I was wondering, if cutting the bottom of the license plate off would be illgeal? It would be right after the numbers, therefore only cuttin off usless 2 inch's of blank space. I know, it might very from state to state, but any body have some input?

I put two 6gc stickers on my car- but I'm regretting it. the one on the pass side makes my car look really bad- like it's going backwards
