Which is better? Sway bars or strut tower bars? and why is that one better? and what's the best one of that kind? This is mainy for street use keep in mind......what is best for the Street/Track

depends on what you are looking for.

swap bars keeps your car from leaning (like when you turn your car will pitch to the right/left depending on what direction you turn)

strut bars keep the cars geometry of the cars suspenion from warping. umm think of a flimsy box and when you twist it the whole box warps.

there isnt one thing that is better then another. it all depends on how much you want to sepend on your suspention..
