I dunno, I just went to all the races and won... then things just fell into place. Also, you'll unlock many things as you find the shops.
Use this for a map of all the shops - spoiler if you want to do it yourself Map I think to unlock turbos, do alot of outrun races. Those are the ones that the cars are orange triangles and you have to outrun them. Do alot of these. -Ti |
