Me han dicho que las espirales TRD son muy duras y que puedo castigar demasiado el coche
¿Alguien me puede aconsejar?

They are stiffer than stock but not too harsh. If you get the TRD's, the harshness of the ride will depend on your struts. An OEM or KYB GR2 strut will be a fairly comfortable ride but the Koni Yellows or KYB AGX's (assuming the 5th gen models fit) will be much more stiff.

I have TRD's and OEM's in the front and KYB GR2's in the back and I love the feel of my suspension.

Yo gusto me espirales TRDs!

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.
