I did all of the fiberglassing myself so im a bit proud as it was my first time fiber glassing anyting. I started in morning and finished in the early evening. Here are some of the pix i took through out project. Some are of the left and some are of the right.

I was able to lay down two and in some places three layers down. I used both weaved cloth as well as a thicker weaved mat. I also did some touch up work the today but dont have pix of that.

Yup there are things i would have dun differently as far as the planing goes. I think if i had a second chance it might have turn out better. But theres always got to be a first time lol. Im just glad i used enough hardner.

As far as layers im only guna stick with 2 to 3 i know everone says to put like from 4 to 7 depending on subs but the subs im putting in are going to be rather weak and thus i dont think i needed the extra layers. However if by some chance i do ill just sand and add more. (note: I did at a few more layers after the pix were taken)

While on the subject of the glass, yes you guys are correct, the FG boxes can not come out inless cut out. I was thinking about doing a box that i could just insert into the space but it lacked the area i was looking for as well as the fact that this was a bit more exiting then just making a mold outside of the car to put in it.

As for the way the subs are set up if the whole less bass more feel is true i guess im a little happy about that. Id rather feel it then hear it. I already have kicker RMB8's (midbass) in my doors and along with the stock 4" and tweeters the set up sound pretty nice on their own (with out the stock ones in the back). However while the RMB8's souned great they lacked a true felling of a bump/boom when the bass hits.

Thanks for the comments.
