 what to do for <$200 |

i want something done to my exterior that will be noticable and look good, but im trying not to spend over $200 because thats all the Christmas money i have left. any ideas? im looking to get some side skirts and paint them, but no front or back lips. do you think that will look dumb?

i added a 4th pic to my profile so you can see my weird rims that came with the car. i dont know what they are, and i dont know if it would be a good idea to paint these rims.
