I did all of the fiberglassing myself so im a bit proud as it was my first time fiber glassing anyting. I started in morning and finished in the early evening. Here are some of the pix i took through out project. Some are of the left and some are of the right.

I was able to lay down two and in some places three layers down. I used both weaved cloth as well as a thicker weaved mat. I also did some touch up work the today but dont have pix of that.

Interesting...if you press on any spots on the enclosure, does it flex? If so, you still need more layers, regardless of how weak your sub is. Subs put lots of pressure into a sealed enclosure. wink.gif

Also, you did sound deaden the area behind the enclosure before starting this, right? Otherwise you'll probably have some pretty bad rattles. Maybe not though.

Let us know how it sounds. smile.gif

Also, what sub and amp are you using?

Nothing flexes and i can acutally pound on it with my feet and hands with out worry.

As for sound deadening i did not. I had thought about it but decided not to. I shall see what happens lol. crosses fingers. If anything i can put some spray foam or soemthing.

Im running two kicker comp c10's 4ohm wired for a 2 ohm load and amped on a profile amp 350w rms 700w peak @ 2 ohm.
