i must be dumb cause i cant get the damn driverside axle out of the tranny , its a 5 speed , got the other one out but for some reason the othr side wont budge

tis true, there are 6 bolts I believe that hold the seal to the differential. Be careful about prying though because that seal is just aluminum and you could bend it very easily. Thus ruining the seal and forcing you to buy a new one unless you want to keep poring in tranny fluid every week.

Try angling the CV axle and pushing in then pulling out. Make sure you are careful.
