I changed all my 4 rotors & pads and i noticed that when it rains/snows, the first couple of times I brake it seems my brakes are almost gone! I got used to it and try to "clean" them before i really need to brake but its somehow annoying. I know this is normal at a certain point but its never been worst so im wondering if my new pads
are the problem

PBR Metalmaster pads (i had semi-metallic oem before)
Brembo rotors (not drilled)

Any ideas/suggestions for improved braking for rainy/snowy conditions?
