 Who plays guitar?, Thinking about buying one |

I am thinking about buying a guitar for myself.. I'm a beginner so i don't need a really expensive one or anything. The main reason I want to get one is cuz i need a new hobby
 Anyone have suggestions of what to buy or what not to buy? Also, do tutorial videos work or should i just learn by myself? Any help would be nice. Thanks

I gotta agree, can't go wrong with a fender squier strat. I presently own a fender hendrix tribute(woodstock) a schecter prince cloud, and a fender tele.
