 making boost, whistling |

I am having some trouble making boost. I installed a different bov last week, and before that my turbo made boost very easily. Now I can hear the turbo whistling but it is showing that I am not making boost. I wonder if maybe there is a vacuum leak somewhere or what is happening. Anyone have any ideas? The bov is a megan racing bov. adjustable. Please help if you have any ideas.

what bov do you have?
i have the same issue with my hks -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned
