Carbon fiber is stronger and lighter than what our hoods, doors, and hatches are made out of right now, correct? well, someone with money, could they make full carbon fiber doors, hoods, hatch covers, bumpers, side skirts, mirrors, etc.

I'm not sure what 'understandence'
 means but yeah carbon fiber is lighter and stronger than what our cars of made of (metal, urethane plastic composite). unfortunately its pretty difficult to work with besides doing basic stuff like overlays. making complex parts means vaccum bagging which requires expensive equipment and plenty of labor.
