hey,
I just found a wrecked '98 6 gen. celi with 3S-GE in the cars junkyeard. And the guy that owns the junk, he is asking only 700$ for the full front clip!!! The engine has only 26k miles on it. So guys, am asking for help, cuz im going to buy that fron clip, but i need to know is where a lot of diference between the GT and ST (euro models). And if where be a lot of problems to swap a 3s-ge into myne ST!!! Do i need to swap a front suspension and etc.??? Any info is welcome!! Since the 98 car is also front wheel drive you should be able to use evrything from the clip such as the motor mounts and tranny. So you should be able to do the swap for around 1K (thats including price for misc. parts). Good find! Good luck!
