Yesterday, I started working out. I'm tired of all the BS I've put up with in the last couple of weeks and I decided I'm going to turn this negative energy/attitude into something productive.
I joined a fitness center and have ran the last two days. I ran a mile and a half both days and started to hit the weights as well. Tomorrow I plan on running and swimming for a couple of hours. I'm tired of women, I'm tired of school, I'm tired of feeling bad about myself and its time to start from scratch! Hopefully this works out as well as it did for LATINOSMASFINO! -------------------- ![]() |

Went you hit the brick wall (as in you're able to keep lifting more and more and more, and then you can't lift any more - as in the weight) make sure you push hard through that stage. It is the worst stage of weight lifting when your body acts like it won't lift another added pound. Keep up the good work, get into heavy crunches (500 a day, running crunches prefered) and keep the running between 3-5 miles, you'll feel great everyday.
