Yesterday, I started working out. I'm tired of all the BS I've put up with in the last couple of weeks and I decided I'm going to turn this negative energy/attitude into something productive.
I joined a fitness center and have ran the last two days. I ran a mile and a half both days and started to hit the weights as well. Tomorrow I plan on running and swimming for a couple of hours. I'm tired of women, I'm tired of school, I'm tired of feeling bad about myself and its time to start from scratch! Hopefully this works out as well as it did for LATINOSMASFINO! -------------------- ![]() |

I'd like to think that my eating habits aren't too bad actually..
I drink atleast 5 bottles of water a day (go Aquafina!), I eat only when I'm hungry (that means no snacks) and when I do eat, its generally healthy food (Salads with hardly any dressing, chicken, vegetables, fruits). Tonight for dinner I had Stir-fry which consisted of chicken, water chestnuts, rice, broccoli, celery, carrots, and mushrooms. Oh and 2 big glasses of milk! -------------------- ![]() |
